How much does postage cost?
We ship by GLS and DHL. You can find shipping prices here.
Do you really have all goods stocked?
Yes, we stock all goods in our warehouse and this way it is ready to be shipped or picked up immediately.
Do I have to have an account to shop on your site?
You can purchase anything without signing up.
Can I return goods for no reason?
You can. As per the law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, no questions asked. It is not possible to return or exchange lingerie, erotic toys, condoms, lubricants, audiovisual media, books and magazines.
Should you return an item, please make sure it's unused, undamaged and packed in its original packaging so that it can be resold.

What do I have to add to the complaint?
The complaint must be accompanied by: all the goods you wish to return, an invoice and a note that states what the defect is.
